Crawling in The T.O.

Viewing Toronto from the Right

Dammit, I got sidetracked this evening, so never got a chance to watch the movie. Hopefully later this weekend. Well, I'm back in here then trying to create some content for the return of a Web site. I wish I still had archived my old Web site when I was going to Rye and working at Interlog (the Genesis site, my original restaurant site and the infamous Ryerson Business Professor's Review page)... speaking of the last item, I gotta laugh... ms. Student Affairs Director nails me for the Web site, and what do you know a couple of years later, some people have setup a professional one, to cover all colleges and universities in North America... do something about that Munro!

The Rate my Professors Website Ryerson Page

Anyways, I'm setting back up another food review spot. Will try to get pics of the restaurants and what I ate if I can. I'll also have things on movies or whatever else is on my mind. It will be at my main home page (link to be on the side).

Too bad I missed a lot of restaurants over the years I could have put on... including the infamous Charlie's Kitchen in Cambridge, Massachusetts' Harvard Square, and the Royal Oak in Ottawa's Glebe. I'll return some day hopefully.
Here we go... another attempt to create a blog. Hopefully I won't forget about it this time. Well, just a bit about myself.... here I am living in the suburbia of Toronto. One of those rebounders, having forced to move back home after my adventures living in various spots throughout North America. There is hope ahead, I'm patiently waiting for my downtown condo to be built, but we're still a year away!! Hopefully my job will still be around at that point. Damn.... oh well. What will I put into this blog you ask? Just my musings about what is going on in the world, in this great metropolitan city of Greater Toronto, and of course, my restaurant and drink reviews as they come along. I'll throw up whatever interesting snapshots that I take as well for those of you not familiar with this city.

Well, it's Chinese New Year weekend, I got two dinners to go to over the next couple of days, so lots of food.I'm just chilling at home right now, work was a bitch this week. Think I'll watch Gangs of New York, heard that it is pretty good. I suppose the big news right now is the possible war with Iraq. This is a really unpopular opinion here in lefty Canada, but I think it's something that has to be done. There's some things I don't agree with Bush on, but this is something I totally agree with him on. Are people that forgetful about what Saddam has done over the past 20 years? As for our sorry excuse of a prime minister in Ottawa, he is making Canada look more of a joke everyday. "We'll do what the UN says"... wtf? His excuse is that we're not a US puppet... doesn't waiting for the UN make us a UN puppet? What happened to doing what is in Canada's best interest? Oh well, only a year of that jackass left as well.

Off to go and watch that movie! Until next time...
